All of our sausages and charcuterie are made with all natural NW farmed pork or beef. Our sausages, frankfurters, pates and terrines, bacon, pork cracklings and other goodies are available at all of our farmer's market locations. Call or email if you would like to special order any of our products for pick up at our kitchen or any of the farmer's market locations.
